// Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is a private knowledge memory?
It's your private space where you bring documents and information together and keep them organized, to reuse whenever you need them.
How is information organized?
In groups and folders you can nest. Each item lives wherever you place it.
Can I reorganize documents and groups?
Yes. You can move and rename items and folders, even by dragging them within the tree.
How does Ask Vault use what I've saved?
It searches your own Vault and answers with the context of your documents, showing the sources it used. It doesn't query external sources.
Can I keep an answer as a note?
Yes. You can save the answer as a note inside your Vault, and download it as PDF without spending again.
What formats or imports does it actually support?
PDF, images (PNG/JPG/WEBP), text (TXT/MD), Word (DOC/DOCX), links (URL) and notes; plus importing folders with those types.
